What comes with my puppy?
Your puppy will come with an AKC registration application, microchipped, vaccinated, a two year health guarantee, training tips, 30 days free of Trupanion pet insurance, lifetime support from us, and a HUGE puppy pack with a scent blanket, toys, chews, food, a harness, a leash, and more!
What vetting will my puppy have?
Your puppy will be looked over by our licensed vet at 7 weeks of age. At this time your puppy will also be microchipped and given their first round of vaccines. All of this paperwork will be included in the folder you take home with your puppy! All of our puppies are regularly dewormed, groomed, and well kept.
How often will we get updates on our puppy?
We update our families at least once a week with really nice photos and videos starting at birth. The older the puppies get, the more updates we send!
What training will my puppy have?
Starting at birth we do early neurological stimulation with our puppies which helps with touch desensitization and has been proven to make a huge positive impact on a dog's future attitude. From 3 weeks on we focus on pad training and crate training. When puppies reach 6 weeks of age, we focus heavily on using the dog door and potting outside. Your puppy will be raised around our little boys and our dogs of varying sizes. Since we keep our puppies in our living room, they are very well desensitized to differing noises and activities.
What transport options do you have?
Local pick up: For those local, we would love to invite you to our home to pick up your puppy.
Airport pick up: We offer airport pick up at our airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor for no additional cost.
Flight nanny service: We have amazing flight nannies that will fly in cabin with your puppy and will meet you at your nearest airport. This service is $600-750 for standby (last seats on plane) or $700-$1200 for confirmed seats. An additional puppy is only $300.
Do you allow visitors?
We will allow visitors once puppies have turned 8 weeks old and have had their first round of shots.
Do you remove dew claws and dock tails?
We do remove dew claws but do not dock tails. We find docking for aesthetic reasons to be an unnecessary risk to the puppies and often times painful.
